Mindful Mat Pilates (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Presented by Joh, an experienced instructor, this class will focus on mindfulness and Pilates breathing to assist in the improvement of energy, posture and spine flexibility, to promote an overall sense of wellbeing. Safe for all ages and abilities.
