Pilates with Annie
This new class will start with the fundamentals of Pilates and progress through the term to improve movement, strength and balance. If you haven’t tried Pilates before, now is the time to start! Annie has a background in nursing with a speciality in supporting older people in the community and in aged care and has an acute understanding of the changes in the body as we age.

Enjoy a welcoming Pilates class designed to suit all fitness levels. Each session includes a series of exercises focused on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, helping you feel stronger, more mobile and confident in your body.
Classes are supportive, inclusive and suitable whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to maintain your fitness in a gentle and effective way.
